When concerns were raised he was moved to a house near another school, sparking a petition and public meeting.
"We want to be assured people who are released into the community, pedophiles, child sex offenders, that there has been some strategic thinking by Corrections about what is the most appropriate environment, a, for their rehabilitation and b, that ensures the safety of our children," Ms Wall says.
